Policies

Booking

• Card must be on file for booking any appointment. Card will not be charged unless a fee is owed.
• If card declines, balance must be paid in full in order to book another appointment. 

Cancellations

• All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or reschedules will result in a fee of 50% of the service. 
• No shows will result in a fee of 90% of the service. 
• If you no show more than once, you will be banned from booking at Mikayla Miller Esthetics

Tardiness

• If you are more than 10 minutes late (of a service consisting of one hour or more) to your appointment, you will be considered a no show and must reschedule.
• If you are more than 5 minutes late (of a service consisting of 45 minutes or less) to your appointment, you will be considered a no show and must reschedule. 

Extra Guests

• Children, pets, or other extra guests are not allowed inside the studio unless discussed prior to your appointment. 

Payment

• Cash and all major credit cards are accepted

Refunds

• Mikayla Miller Esthetics does not offer any refunds or exchanges on any products or services.
