Terms & policies

In order to ensure Mikayla Miller Esthetics can continuously provide outstanding customer service while also remaining in good standing as a business, we have policies in place to protect both our clients and the business. Please take the time to review these when working with Mikayla Miller Esthetics in any fashion. 

Booking

- Card must be on file for booking any appointment.
- Card will not be charged unless a fee is owed.
- If card declines, balance must be paid in full in order to book another appointment.

cancellations

- All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations or reschedules will result in a fee of 50% of the service. 
- No shows will result in a fee of 90% of the service. 
- If you no show more than once, you will be banned from booking at Mikayla Miller Esthetics


TARDINESS

- If you are more than 10 minutes late (of a service consisting of one hour or more) to your appointment, you will be considered a no show and must reschedule.
- If you are more than 5 minutes late (of a service consisting of 59 minutes or less) to your appointment, you will be considered a no show and must reschedule. 



EXTRA GUESTS

- Children, pets, or other extra guests are not allowed inside the studio unless discussed prior to your appointment.

- Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.
